Professional Coaching with Conference Calls
Coaching that is customized for your needs. For Part 1 Medical Terminology/Language Pack Coaching in your language pair, you will have a mentor with a professional background in medicine, nursing, or physical therapy.
For Part 2 Interpreting Skills Coaching, you will have a mentor who is either a CMI or a CHI, or a healthcare professional. The Conference Calls will be arranged between you and your mentor.
You will have private coaching with your mentor that you may use for additional practice or more in-depth understanding of concepts. Additional hours may be purchased as desired.
Final Evaluation
The Final Evaluation fee is due when scheduling your Final Evaluation.EXTENSION FEES
In order to accommodate unexpected events, you may extend your Program Plan past your End Date. The Extension Option is available to current students who are active in the program. ACTIVE Status means that you have completed at least one lesson in the last three week time-period. Please refer to Program Policies for more information. Each Extension Period is for 30 days starting from the from the day after your End Date.
For Part 1: The fee is $15.00 for each lesson that has not been completed by the End Date.
For Part 2: The fee is $25.00 for each module that has not been completed by the End Date.

Reinstatement Fees for Inactive Students
A student is INACTIVE if he/she has not completed one lesson in the previous 3-week time-period. Please refer to Program Policies for more information.The Reinstatement Period is for 30 days starting on the day after the End Date.
You must email Marlene for approval before signing up for Reinstatement.
Within 30 Days of End Date: $140.00 if in Part 1, and $110.00 if in Part 2.
31-60 Days Past End Date: $170.00 if in Part 1, and $140.00 if in Part 2.
61-90 Days Past End Date: $190.00 if in Part 1, and $ 170.00 if in Part 2.
After 90 days, we will decide reinstatement on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right not to reinstate a student after Inactive Status that has not been previously approved.
